CLINICAL PATHWAY 262: Treatment and rehabilitation of central nervous system disorders
Diagnosis: stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, facial nerve damage, facial paralysis /plexites – brachial and lumbosacral, mono-neuritis of lower limb, Guillain–Barré polyneuritis, hereditary neuropathies, nerve root and plexus compressions in intervertebral disc disorders, /the so called herniated discs/ and in spondylosis /the so called exostoses/.
– required documents: Epicrisis (the epicrisis must note that the patient is referred for rehabilitation).
– It is important to know that under this clinical pathway patients who had suffered a stroke have the right to use Referral No7 for hospitalisation and rehabilitation twice a year.
– It is also necessary to present the results of a performed computed tomography (scan) or MRI.
CLINICAL PATHWAY 263: Treatment and rehabilitation of peripheral nervous system disorders
Diagnosis: radiculitis, plexites, paresis, herniated discs.
Necessary documents: Epicrisis (the epicrisis must note that the patient is referred for rehabilitation).
Main conditions: Knee and hip-joint surgery, patients with bone fractures, traumas of the head or spine
