Hygiene
Serdika Rehabilitation Hospital continues to maintain the highest levels of hygiene in the building, as it is the basis for the safe stay of patients, visitors and staff.
Hygiene and disinfection of the premises, including door handles, faucets, mixers, etc. is performed every hour. A surgical disinfectant is used for this purpose. Serdika ambulances are also disinfected.
СThe specialists who work at Serdika are equipped with special equipment, in addition to their medical uniform, such as special reusable masks with a replaceable filter, aprons for additional protection on the uniform, gloves and others.
Before accommodating new patients in a room, a UV lamp is used for additional sterility. Bed linen is changed twice as often as usual.

Limited access
For the protection and health security of our patients, access to outsiders, including relatives of patients, has been suspended.
The access of attendants when accommodating a new patient is carried out under strictly defined rules and with the application of protective equipment.

Changes in the schedule and instructions to employees
Our teams have a changed schedule in order to extend the shifts and reduce the possibility of infection outside the hospital.
We inform our employees on a daily basis to minimize their social contacts and not to attend events where there are crowds of people.
